Instructions for coaching:

1. Go to the Orange Texas Soccer website and sign up page and scroll down to Coach Registration form. Click and register.  Make sure you remember what email address you used.
2. Log on to your new coach account at GotSport  and click on your dashboard on the upper left.
   
3. Scroll down to your requirements section and if any of them are red, click on details on the right and complete the requirements. Make sure for SafeSport you use the same email address you used for registration. If you have completed it before, take the refresher… it will save you time. The background check takes time to get back so do that as soon as possible.  Check every summer mid July to see if you have expired. You are not allowed to coach or practice until you are all green.
   
4. We play under the South Texas Youth Soccer Association. Here is a link to the STYSA Coaches Code of Ethics. Please familiarize yourself with it.

All of our division III teams between the ages of 9U and 19U play under the Spindletop Youth Soccer Association rules.  Please read through them and maybe even keep a copy of them in your coaching bag.
