IMPORTANT INFORMATION

When registering a new player, you will need to upload a copy of the player's birth certificate. For players U9 and above, you will also need to upload an ID type photograph (no family pictures or action photos).  This will be for the player's member card. 

Please be sure you complete and sign the Medical Release Form.
